We are very happy to announce Invisibledrum Art Platforms’ very first nordic and international gathering: Symposium of Spiritual Technologies within Creative Practices, from the 4.-6.th of February 2020 at Rosendal Teater in Trondheim!
The topic of the symposium brings together artists, researchers and other practitioners working with embodied practices, to discuss how the notion of spiritual technologies relate to and inform their work and research. We wish to structure connection and collaboration in non-hierarchical ways, where everyone can find unity and exchange regardless of professional or academic background, but rather with a common interest in ecology, holistic thinking, and creative practices.
The symposium holds a vivid and interesting program of national and international artists, researchers and practitioners sharing their work and practice in relation to spiritual technologies.
In a free day time prg. There will be presentations, creative circles, performance lectures, workshops and talks by members of the platform. In the evening, there is an exciting program of ceremonies, performance rituals, and screenings.

I have been participating in the Vilarcangel artist residency , the Human condition, ecology and spirituality. Farmagia is a summer solstice ceremony organized by Ulises Pistolo Eliza, a place for the development of spiritual technologies, working through unity by taking different workshops, group conversation and ritual work.
I also have been composing new melody towards the Music Box Project. ‘ Campanas Bajo el Mar’ is based on the music scores that match a physical or imaginary spaces. I am developing a conceptual approach to invisibility, imperceptibility and the production of non-places for spiritual emancipation.
This week I am excited to take part in e.x.p.a.n.d.e.d residency and workshop organized by Jeremy Welsh at Surnadal Billag. Public Presentation of outcome from 14h on Saturday 7 April. Looking forward !

( 2,2 ) 0 is  taking part in a day seminar on Technoshamanism in Aarhus, Denmark , on the 12th August – rethink ancestrality and technology. Amalia Fonfara will talk about ( 2,2 ) 0 and we will give a workshop on methodologies and techniques applied in the production of the invisible drum.
On August 12, 2017 from 14:00 to 22:00 there will be a technoshamanism meeting in Dome of Visions, Aarhus.
The purpose of the meeting is to unite people who are interested in the combination of DIY technologies such as free software and permaculture with ancestral, ancestorfuturist and shamanistic practices. We are calling all the cyborgs, witches, heretics, technoshamans, programmers, hackers, artists, alchemists, thinkers and everyone who might be curious to join us and explore the possiblities of combining ancestral and indigenous worldviews with the looming disasters of the anthropocene.
If you feel attracted by the combination of these terms, techno + shamanism and ancestrality + futurism and if you’re worried about the destruction of the Earth and the hegemony of capital and neoliberal ontologies, this event is for you. In view of Aarhus’ slogan as European Cultural Capital of 2017, the theme of this event could be: Rethink ancestrality and technology!
